This is how I spent my Labour Day...chopping apples and creating wonderfully sweet applesauce. A lot of work, but I love the end product!

Canned by mom...
And enjoyed by all!!
This year I've also canned 17 jars of relish...my kids will only eat the homemade kind. It's called Million Dollar Relish...so that should make me a millionaire! I still have dills, party pickles, canned apples and salsa from last year. I'm still hoping to make spaghetti sauce, if I get tomatoes, have time and find more jars.
